I received a free upgrade because I wanted a bath, a VERY nice surprise. The location is good for visiting the city center. The staff were friendly and helpful when I asked for directions and local tips. Breakfast had plenty of choices, including hot and cold options.

The location was convenient. The main station and historic areas were easily accessible. The hotel looked modern. I received exactly what I anticipated. Staff members were amiable and supportive.

The room I was assigned had a small window. Street noise was noticeable early in the morning, around 6 a.m. The mattress felt uneven and worn.
